Sanitary Tee

The Sanitary Tee (Hygienic Tee) is a specialized manifold/merge pipe fitting for sanitary fluid systems, featuring dead-leg-free flow channel design and high-precision internal wall polishing. It enables smooth diversion or merging of sterile materials while eliminating medium residue, serving as a core connection component for clean applications in food, pharmaceutical, and other industries.Widely used in industries with stringent hygiene standards such as food and beverages, dairy, pharmaceuticals, and daily chemical products, it is installed at tank discharge ports, filling machine feed pipelines, and branching nodes of the dosing system. Designed for conveying clean materials like medicinal liquids, beverages, and sauces, it meets GMP and 3A hygiene certification requirements, ensuring product purity.

Common Types

  • By diameter: equal-diameter sanitary tee (all three pipe openings have the same diameter), and unequal-diameter sanitary tee (the branch pipe and the main pipe have different diameters)
  • By connection method: quick-installation clamp-type tee (tool-free assembly and disassembly), welded tee (hermetic and secure with no dead angles)
  • By material: 304 stainless steel tee, 316L stainless steel tee (resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, suitable for high cleanliness conditions)

Structural Advantages & Corresponding Benefits

  1. Seamless integral stamping-formed structure

  • Special point:  Fully stamped and formed, no welded seams, smooth arc transition at the split flow, and mirror-polished inner wall with a surface roughness of Ra≤0.4μm.
  • Result:No medium residue dead corners, capable of CIP online cleaning, eliminating bacterial growth and meeting sterile production standards.
  1. Food-grade quick-connect sealing structure

  • Special point:  Equipped with food-grade silicone rubber/PTFE sealing gaskets, the clamp ensures precise positioning, and disassembly does not require special tools.
  • Result: Sealed and leak-proof, with a 50% improvement in maintenance efficiency, preventing material contamination and loss.
