Butterfly Valves

Butterfly Valves are rotary control valves that open and close by rotating the butterfly plate to achieve medium flow or throttling. They have a compact structure and quick opening and closing.Widely used in industries such as water supply and drainage, petrochemicals, HVAC, and sewage treatment, it is suitable for large-diameter pipelines, controlling media such as water, gas, and oil, and is suitable for fast opening and closing conditions.

Common Types

  • Soft sealed butterfly valve: rubber seal, good sealing performance, low cost, suitable for low-pressure and room temperature media
  • Hard sealed butterfly valve: metal seal, resistant to high temperature and high pressure, suitable for high temperature steam and corrosive media
  • Clamp on butterfly valve: compact structure, clamped between flanges, small installation space, suitable for small and medium-sized diameters
  • Flange butterfly valve: equipped with a flange, firmly connected, suitable for large-diameter and high-pressure working conditions
  • Manual butterfly valve: Handwheel driven, easy to operate, low maintenance cost, suitable for non automatic control scenarios
  • Electric butterfly valve: motor-driven, remotely controllable, suitable for automated production lines
  • Pneumatic butterfly valve: driven by compressed air, fast opening and closing, explosion-proof, suitable for chemical and gas fields

Structural Advantages & Corresponding Benefits

  1. Double eccentric butterfly plate wear-resistant structure

  • Special point: Double eccentric design, frictionless butterfly opening and closing, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant valve seat
  • Result: The seal has a long lifespan, low opening and closing torque, is suitable for high-frequency operation, and has stable sealing
  1. Lightweight valve stem anti lock structure

  • Special point: Stainless steel valve stem, anti-corrosion coating, and installation of self-lubricating bearings
  • Result: Eliminate rust and lock up, smooth operation, suitable for long-term operation in humid and corrosive conditions
