CPM Valve
CPM valve (Constant Pressure Modulating Valve) is a pneumatic sanitary pressure regulating valve that uses a diaphragm valve plug system to quickly respond to changes in medium pressure and accurately maintain a constant pressure on the inlet or outlet side of the pipeline. It is commonly used in sanitary fluid process systems.Mainly used in industries with high hygiene requirements such as dairy products, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and daily chemical products, installed after separators and heat exchangers (inlet constant pressure) or before filling machines (outlet constant pressure), it can stabilize process pressure, ensure filling accuracy, adapt to CIP online cleaning, and prevent medium contamination.
Common Types
- CPMI-2 type: inlet side constant pressure regulation, suitable for pressure stabilization scenarios after separators and heat exchangers.
- CPMO-2 type: constant pressure regulation on the outlet side, commonly used before filling machines to ensure accurate and consistent filling volume.
- CPM-I-D60 type: Split valve body with inlet pipe, suitable for inlet constant pressure control with special pipeline layout.
