Angle Seat Valve

Angle seat valve is a straight through valve with an inlet and outlet angle of 90 °. It relies on a piston to drive the valve stem to lift and lower the valve disc, achieving rapid opening and closing of pipeline media and flow regulation. It has the characteristics of strong flow capacity and good sealing performance.Widely used in industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, water treatment, steam systems, etc., it is installed at the outlet of storage tanks, fluid conveying pipelines, heating and cooling circuits, etc. It is suitable for controlling the on/off of water, steam, gas, and corrosive media, and is suitable for the high-frequency opening and closing requirements of automated production lines.

  1. Piston type pneumatic drive structure

  • Special point:  Adopting a rigid connection design between the piston and the valve stem, the piston chamber is equipped with a buffer spring, and the air inlet is equipped with a flow regulating valve.
  • Result:The opening and closing actions are smooth without impact, eliminating water hammer phenomenon. The opening and closing speed can be accurately adjusted to adapt to high-frequency start stop working conditions.

  • Special point:  The valve body flow channel adopts an integrated design, with the inner wall mirror polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m, and the valve seat and disc are fully enclosed and sealed.
