TheStainless Steel sanitary 2 way piston threaded angle seat check valve mainly consists of a 304/316Lstainless steel body, valve core (disc), self-adjusting stem, pneumatic actuator, flangedconnections, and PTFE high-temperature sealing components. The valve is bolted to industrialpipeline flanges or tank connections for a high-pressure, leak-tight connection.
During operation, compressed air enters the pneumatic actuator, driving the internal piston to movelinearly against spring force (or using double-acting air pressure). This moves the stem and valvecore linearly along the Y-type angled direction, achieving rapid full opening or full closing:
