Check Valve
Check valve, also known as one-way valve, is an automatic valve that does not require external force to drive. It relies on the flow pressure of the medium itself to push the valve disc open and close, allowing fluid to pass only in one direction and preventing it from flowing back in the opposite direction.Widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, water supply and drainage, food and pharmaceuticals, HVAC, etc., it is installed on equipment or pipelines such as pump outlets, water pipelines, pressure vessels, etc. to prevent equipment water hammer impact and pump body reversal caused by fluid backflow, and ensure stable operation of pipeline systems.
Common Types
- Lift check valve: The valve disc lifts and lowers along the axis, with good sealing performance, suitable for medium and low pressure pipelines
- Swing check valve: The valve disc rotates around the pin axis, resulting in low flow resistance and suitable for large-diameter pipelines
- Butterfly check valve: compact and lightweight structure, fast opening and closing speed, suitable for low-pressure and high flow conditions
- Ball check valve: using a ball as the opening and closing element, with a small volume, suitable for small pipeline systems
Structural Advantages & Corresponding Benefits
-
Streamlined silent valve disc structure
- Special point: The valve disc adopts a streamlined curved design and is equipped with a built-in cushioning rubber pad.
- Result:The impact force is small during opening and closing, reducing water hammer noise in the pipeline and making the seal tighter.
-
Quick installation without bolted connection structure
- Special point: Using sanitary grade clamps for connection, the valve body has no welding bolt dead corners.
- Result: Tool free quick disassembly and assembly, easy to clean and maintain, suitable for sanitary working conditions.
