Safety valve
Safety valve is an automatic pressure relief protection device that controls the medium pressure within pipelines or equipment by opening and closing the valve disc, keeping it within a safe threshold. When the pressure exceeds the set value, it automatically opens to release the pressure and closes on its own once the pressure returns to normal, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment and pipelines.Widely used in petrochemical, power, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, and pressure vessel industries, it is installed on pressurized equipment such as boilers, storage tanks, reactors, and pipelines to prevent safety incidents like equipment rupture or medium leakage caused by overpressure.
Common Types
- Spring safety valve: Relying on the spring force to press the valve disc, it offers convenient adjustment and a wide range of applications, making it the mainstream type in the industrial field
Lever-type safety valve: Utilizes a lever and counterweight to balance pressure, featuring a simple structure but demanding high installation angle precision
Pulse-type safety valve: The main valve is controlled by an auxiliary valve, suitable for high-pressure, large-capacity pressure-bearing equipment
Pilot-operated safety valve: Driven by a pilot valve, it features high pressure relief accuracy and is suitable for precise pressure control applications
Structural Advantages & Corresponding Benefits
-
Dual Adjustment Spring Precision Pressure Control Structure
- Special point: Dual spring coaxial design, valve disc and seat mirror-finished sealing.
- Result:The pressure relief accuracy error is ≤±1%, effectively preventing false activation and medium leakage.
-
All-stainless steel quick-release valve cap structure
- Special point: Clamp quick-mount valve cap, 304/316L stainless steel with no welded dead angles.
- Result: Tool-free quick inspection, corrosion-resistant and durable, suitable for complex working conditions.
