Seamless Pipe
Seamless Pipe is a hollow tubular steel material without welded joints, which is processed into solid steel billets through hot rolling, cold drawing, or extrusion processes. The overall structure is continuous and complete, with better pressure and impact resistance than welded pipes.Widely used in industries such as oil and gas transportation, chemical, power, engineering machinery, aerospace, etc., it is used to transport high-pressure fluids (such as crude oil, natural gas, high-temperature steam), manufacture high-pressure vessels and hydraulic system components, and is also suitable for geological exploration, shipbuilding, and other scenarios that require strict strength and sealing of pipes.
Common Types
- Hot rolled seamless pipe: with a large diameter and uniform wall thickness, suitable for medium and low pressure fluid transportation and mechanical structural components
- Cold drawn seamless tube: high dimensional accuracy, good surface smoothness, suitable for hydraulic systems and precision instrument pipelines
- Alloy seamless tube: Adding alloy elements such as chromium and molybdenum, it is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, and is used for power plant boilers and chemical reaction pipelines
