Ball Valves

Ball valves are valves that achieve medium on/off/regulation by rotating a sphere. When the opening of the sphere is aligned with the pipeline, it flows, and when rotated 90 °, it closes quickly and reliably.Widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, natural gas, water supply and drainage, pharmaceuticals, etc., suitable for transportation control of water, oil products, gas, corrosive media, etc., suitable for high-pressure and high viscosity working conditions.

Common Types

  • Floating ball valve: The ball can float freely and is sealed by the pressure of the medium. It has a simple structure and is suitable for medium and low pressure working conditions
  • Fixed ball valve: ball fixed, double seat sealed, strong pressure resistance, suitable for high-pressure large-diameter pipelines
  • Three way ball valve: realizes medium diversion/direction change, adapts to multi pipeline fluid switching
  • Sanitary grade ball valve: mirror channel, quick connect, suitable for clean food and pharmaceutical scenes

Structural Advantages & Corresponding Benefits

  1. Floating spherical sealing structur

  • Special point: The sphere has no fixed axis, and the medium pressure pushes the sphere to fit the valve seat, and the sealing surface automatically compensates
  • Result:Excellent sealing performance, zero leakage, suitable for long-term operation under medium and low pressure conditions
  1. Anti lock valve stem structur

  • Special point: The valve stem and ball are connected with anti loosening, coated with anti-corrosion coating on the surface, and equipped with wear-resistant bearings
  • Result:  Flexible opening and closing without jamming, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, suitable for stable operation under harsh working conditions
