Pipe Spool
Pipe Spool is a standardized piping unit prefabricated in the factory, consisting of welded and assembled fittings such as pipes, elbows, flanges, valves, etc. It comes with a complete inspection report and can be directly transported to the site for overall docking and installation. It is the core component of modular construction in industrial piping systems.Widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, natural gas processing, power plants, marine engineering, pharmaceuticals, etc., it is used to quickly build process fluid transportation pipelines, adapt to complex working conditions such as high pressure, high temperature, and corrosive media, greatly shorten on-site installation cycles, reduce high-altitude operations and welding risks, and ensure the installation accuracy and sealing of pipeline systems.
Common Types
- Classified by material: carbon steel prefabricated pipe section, stainless steel (304/316L) prefabricated pipe section, alloy material prefabricated pipe section
- Divided by process: welded pipe section, quick fit clamp pipe section (sanitary grade), threaded connection pipe section
- Divided by purpose: process fluid transport pipe section, utility pipe section (water/steam), sanitary pharmaceutical pipe section
Structural Advantages & Corresponding Benefits
-
Factory prefabricated standardized structure
- Special point: precise cutting and welding in the workshop, with dimensional tolerances controlled within ± 2mm, and subjected to water pressure/air tightness testing before leaving the factory.
- Result:Direct on-site splicing increased installation efficiency by 60%, avoided on-site welding errors, and reduced leakage hazards.
-
Modular integrated design structure
- Special point: Integrated valve, instrument interface and other functional components, prefabricated pipe frame and pipe section, complete anti-corrosion coating.
- Result: Reduce on-site secondary processing, adapt to complex process layouts, facilitate maintenance and disassembly in the later stage, and extend the service life of pipelines.
