AB valve

AB valve (α β valve)  is a type of split butterfly valve, consisting of an active valve and a passive valve. It forms a closed channel through precise docking, and can be separated and kept sealed after material transfer to prevent leakage and pollution. The core is metal to metal nano level sealing technology.Widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemical engineering, and food, it is suitable for scenarios such as isolator loading and unloading, reactor feeding, IBC bucket transportation, sterile ingredient and sampling. It is used for the closed transportation of highly active/toxic/sterile powders, meeting OEB5 level protection and GMP/FDA standards, protecting personnel safety and preventing cross contamination.

  • Manual AB valve: easy to operate, low cost, suitable for small and medium batch, low-frequency sealed transportation conditions
  • Automatic AB valve: pneumatic/electric drive, compatible with automated production lines, supports remote timing control
