Ferrules

Ferrule is a sealing locking component for pipe joints, which is fitted onto the end of the pipeline and matches with the joint to achieve a non welded sealing connection of the pipeline. It is the core sealing locking accessory for sleeve type pipe joints.Widely used in industries such as petrochemical, chemical, power, and instrumentation, it is suitable for sleeve type connections of hard pipes such as steel pipes and copper pipes. It is used for sealing medium and low pressure fluid pipelines, ensuring leak free pipeline connections and easy disassembly and assembly.

Common Types

  • Stainless steel card sleeve: made of 304/316L material, corrosion-resistant and rust proof, suitable for connecting corrosive media pipelines
  • Double set card sleeve: composed of a front sleeve and a rear sleeve, with stronger sealing and locking properties, suitable for high-pressure pipeline working conditions
  • Single set card sleeve: simple structure, suitable for connecting low-pressure instrument pipelines and small fluid pipelines

Structural Advantages & Corresponding Benefits

  1. Cone sealing bite structure

  • Special point: The cone surface of the card sleeve fits precisely with the cone surface inside the joint, and after compression, it tightly fits with the outer wall of the pipeline
  • Result: Excellent sealing performance, anti medium leakage, able to withstand certain pressure shocks, suitable for vibration pipelines
  1. Precision thin-walled forming structure

  • Special point:Thin walled precision machining, precise matching of dimensions with pipelines and joints, easy to deform due to compression during installation
  • Result: Seamless compatibility with pipelines and joints, easy installation and operation, no need for welding, greatly improving pipeline connection efficiency
