Lnline Pipe Strainer

Inline Pipe Strainer is an industrial pipeline coarse filtration equipment with a straight tube structure, which can be directly connected in series to the pipeline. It intercepts large particles and impurities in the medium through a filter screen, with a straight channel and compact installation. It is a universal pre protective filtration component for pipeline systems.Widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, water supply and drainage, electricity, and chemical engineering, it is suitable for various types of medium and low voltage continuous transmission pipelines. It is installed upstream of pumps, valves, and instruments to filter solid impurities in water, oil, and gas, protect downstream equipment from wear and tear, prevent blockages, and ensure smooth pipeline flow.

Common Types

  • Stainless steel pipeline inline filter: made of 304/316L material, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, suitable for clean/corrosive medium pipelines
  • Carbon steel pipeline inline filter: high mechanical strength, suitable for conventional non corrosive water and oil medium pipelines
