OurSS304/316 Sanitary Thread Divert Manufacturer Plug Valve is a sanitary-grade Thread Valve Sanitary Valve diversion control plug valve, specially applied to the branch and main pipe connection position of food, pharmaceutical and beverage sanitary fluid pipelines. It is mainly used for on-off control and directional diversion of pure fluid, slurry and low-viscosity medium in pipelines, with integrated thread connection, straight-through and three-way diversion types to meet different pipeline layout and medium diversion needs of sanitary industry production lines.
OurSS304/316 Sanitary Thread Divert Manufacturer Plug Valve is essentially different from ordinary plug valves in material selection and structural design: it adopts 100% sanitary-grade stainless steel for the whole body instead of ordinary industrial steel, and the inner cavity is fully polished without dead angle, avoiding medium residue. Compared with other manufacturers' products, our valve has a one-piece forging valve body and precision-machined plug core, with better sealing performance and longer service life, and the thread interface is customized for sanitary scenarios to fit standard sanitary pipeline connections perfectly.
