Based on connection methods, it can be divided into quick-connect, welded, and flanged types; sealing materials include EPDM, PTFE, and silicone rubber; sealing forms include single seal and double seal. Manual Version:The Ball tank bottom valve mainly consists of a spherical valve core/body, manual handwheel, stem, seals, bearings, and clamp/weld/flange connections. By rotating the manual handwheel, the stem transmits motion, causing the spherical valve core to rotate or lift, thereby opening, closing, or regulating the flow path at the tank bottom. The precise fit between the spherical valve core and the seal ensures reliable sealing. The sealing structure completely isolates the media from external actuating components, ensuring hygienic safety during discharge and preventing cross-contamination.
Pneumatic Version: The valve mainly consists of a spherical body, pneumatic actuator, stem, ball seals, seats, and optional valve position feedback or sampling ports. Compressed air drives the pneumatic actuator, which moves the stem and ball to open or close the flow path for media discharge.The seals isolate the media from the actuating components. An optional manual override provides operational flexibility for different production needs, ensuring hygiene and flexibility.
