TheStainless Steel Pneumatic Sanitary Zero Dead Leg Flush ISO Tank Bottom Valve is driven by a pneumatic actuator. When compressed air is introduced, it pushes the valve stem, causing the valve core to move and opening the valve. Material inside the tank is smoothly discharged along the downward-curved streamlined valve body. After the air supply is cut off, the valve core returns to its original position under spring action, achieving a sealed isolation. The valve body has no dead corners and a smooth inner wall.Combined with an aseptic sealing structure, it avoids material residue and can be cleaned and sterilized online, stably achieving aseptic opening and closing and discharge control of the tank bottom.
