Grade: Valve body and bonnet manufactured from high‑quality stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability. Diaphragm is standard PTFE (backed by EPDM).
Standard: Conforms to ISO, DIN, IDF, SMS, 3A, BS, BPE, and other internationally recognized sanitary standards.

This product is a block body diaphragm valve. The valve body Zero Static Diaphragm Valve is precision-forged from 304/316L stainless steel and features an integrated forged 3-way valve block, a miniature compact valve body design, a quick-clamp connection, and a manual adjustment handwheel on top. The diaphragm is used to control media pharmaceutical diaphragm valve switching and shut-off. The flow passages have no dead corners or stagnant areas, meeting the requirements for in-line CIP cleaning and SIP steam sterilization. The valve can be used for media diversion, convergence, and switching in pipelines,zero dead leg diaphragm valve  and is widely used in high-cleanliness small process pipelines and miniature sampling lines in biopharmaceuticals, CIP SIP diaphragm valve purified water systems, food and beverage, and fine chemical/personal care applications.
 
Compared with conventional 3-way ball valves, the multi port diaphragm valve adopts a forged dead-leg-free valve body and a miniature diaphragm sealing structure, eliminating stagnant areas inside the valve cavity and enabling more thorough cleaning and sterilization. Compared with conventional 3-way diaphragm valves, this model features a miniature compact forged structure, a smaller overall size, and a reduced installation footprint, making it suitable for confined pipeline spaces and miniature sampling lines. 3-way ball valves have dead corners inside the valve cavity, making it difficult to meet the high-level sterility requirements of pharmaceutical applications. Conventional 3-way diaphragm valves have relatively large valve bodies and cannot accommodate miniature compact pipeline layouts. This forged miniature 3-way diaphragm valve features an integrally forged structure, a high level of cleanliness, and a compact, refined design, specifically developed for high-cleanliness miniature pipeline applications.
