The Stainless Steel y type manual check welding angle seat valve uses a Y‑type angle seat lifting structure, providing low flow resistance, fast response, and stable sealing performance. It is widely suitable for high‑temperature steam, compressed air, liquids, and weakly corrosive media. Two actuation versions are available:
Manual version: handwheel operated, light and easy to use, suitable for applications that do not require frequent adjustment or where on‑site manual control is preferred.
Pneumatic version (with smart positioner):pneumatic actuator + smart positioner, supports 4‑20 mA analog signal input, provides real‑time valve position feedback, and enables automatic precise control and remote integration.
Both versions are compact, have a long service life, and are easy to maintain, making them core fluid control valves in modern industrial piping systems.
Manual version vs. conventional valves:
Compared with ordinary straight‑through angle seat valves, this product uses a Y‑type angled flow path for smoother flow, lower pressure loss, and lower operating torque, making it easier to use over the long term.
Compared with ordinary ball valves, it is more suitable for high‑temperature steam and fine flow regulation, with more stable sealing performance.
Compared with traditional cast iron gate valves, this product is made of 304/316 stainless steel, offering much better corrosion resistance, a more compact structure, and a longer service life.
Pneumatic version (with smart positioner) vs. ordinary pneumatic valves:
Compared with ordinary pneumatic on/off valves, this product is equipped with a smart positioner, enabling proportional control of valve opening and real‑time feedback. It not only supports on/off control but also provides precise flow regulation, whereas ordinary pneumatic valves typically only support fully open or fully closed operation.
Compared with solenoid valves, this product uses a piston‑type angle seat structure,providing higher flow capacity and better high‑temperature resistance, especially suitable for steam and large‑flow conditions. Ordinary solenoid valves are easily damaged under long‑term high‑temperature operation and have a shorter life.
Compared with traditional globe valves, this product uses pneumatic actuation and intelligent control, eliminating frequent manual operation.It can be integrated with PLC and DCS systems for remote automatic control, greatly improving production efficiency and operational stability.
Manual version: The angle seat valve mainly consists of a stainless steel body, stem, disc, sealing assembly, handwheel, and female threaded connections. The operator turns the handwheel to move the stem up and down, which drives the disc to open or close, controlling media flow. When the disc lifts off the seat, the valve opens and media passes smoothly; when the disc presses against the seat, the valve closes and media is shut off. By controlling the handwheel rotation angle, flow regulation and pressure control are achieved.
Pneumatic version (with smart positioner):The valve mainly consists of a stainless steel body, pneumatic actuator, smart positioner, stem, valve core, sealing assembly, and female threaded connections. Thecontrol system sends a 4‑20 mA analog control signalto the smart positioner, which then adjusts the pneumatic actuator action, driving the stem up and down to control the valve core opening, thereby achieving precise flow regulation. When the core rises, the flow path opens gradually and media flow increases; when the core descends, the flow path is reduced, decreasing flow or fully closing. The pneumatic drive responds quickly, enabling high‑frequency automatic adjustment and rapid on/off. The smart positioner provides real‑time valve opening feedback for automatic closed‑loop control.
Common features for both versions: Both use a Y‑type angle seat flow path structure, providing smooth media flow, low flow resistance, and reduced pressure loss. The stem uses a self‑lubricating guide structure for stable, jam‑free operation.
