TheStainless Steel Sanitary PTFE Reducer is a combination of sanitary and industrial grade flanges with a PTFE lining. The main body is made of stainless steel, with an inner PTFE anti-corrosion layer and a flange connection. It balances hygiene and corrosion resistance, unlike purely industrial grade reducers without sanitary treatment or purely sanitary grade reducers without PTFE lining. This product is suitable for sanitary corrosion-resistant pipelines in the food, pharmaceutical, and fine chemical industries. Installed at pipe diameter transitions, its core function is to achieve a smooth transition while resisting media corrosion, ensuring pipeline cleanliness and preventing contamination. It is mainly available in concentric and eccentric types, both compatible with both sanitary and industrial flange standards, meeting the pipeline diameter transition requirements under both cleanliness and corrosion protection conditions.
Stainless Steel Sanitary Reducerdiffers from ordinary models.
