Stainless Steel Sanitary Reducer for Hygienic Process Pipingis a hygienic pipe fitting used to connect two sections of pipeline with different diameters, typically installed between pipes, pumps, valves, filters, tanks and other equipment in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and cosmetic processing systems. Made of SS304 or SS316L stainless steel with an electro‑polished surface, it features a smooth, crevice‑free interior that prevents residue buildup and ensures easy cleaning and sterilization. It mainly stabilizes fluid flow, reduces pressure loss and maintains hygienic standards while adapting to changing pipe sizes. There are two main types: concentric reducersfor straight or vertical pipelines and eccentric reducers for horizontal pipelines to avoid air pockets or liquid accumulation. Equipped with clamp‑style quick connections, it allows fast installation and disassembly, complies with 3A, DIN, SMS, ISO and BPE standards, and is widely applied in high‑hygiene process piping systems.
