Working Principle
Stainless Steel Weigh Powder Vibrating Automatic Fully hopper feeder mainly consists of a circular inlet, a conical flow guide structure, an outlet, a connecting area, and polished flow channels.
During operation: Material enters the hopper through the top opening; under gravity, the material flows along the conical wall towards the central area; the conical flow guide structure ensures uniform and concentrated feeding; the material exits through the bottom outlet into subsequent equipment or a conveying system; stable, continuous, and efficient conveying is achieved; the material collection, flow guidance, and transfer processes are completed.
The entire conveying process is characterized by smooth flow, low residue, and stable operation, meeting the requirements of high-cleanliness production environments.
