Stainless Steel TLV Thermodynamic FT44 BS Steam Trapmainly consist of a straight-through valve body, valve core assembly, seals, quick-connect fittings, and pneumatic/electric actuators (optional) and valve position feedback devices (optional). They typically connect to sanitary pipelines using quick-connect clamps, with some models available with custom welded interfaces. After installation, there is no leakage or material residue, meeting the cleaning and sterilization requirements of sanitary pipelines. During operation, when the condensate level in the pipeline reaches the set level, the valve core automatically opens to drain the condensate. After the condensate is drained, the valve core quickly closes to prevent steam from entering. Pneumatic/electric models can be controlled by external signals to open and close the valve core, while manual models require manual adjustment as needed. The entire process ensures isolation between the medium and the driving components, providing excellent hygiene and sealing.
