It automatically opens and closes using thermodynamic principles, and its quick-release clamp connection facilitates disassembly and cleaning. It is primarily installed at the condensate drain outlet, steam tracing pipes, and low points of heating equipment in clean steam systems used in food and pharmaceutical industries. It automatically drains condensate, prevents steam leakage, and removes non-condensable gases. In addition to quick-release clamp connections, threaded and welded connections are also available. The operation is primarily automatic, requiring no additional drive.

After installation, it automatically drains condensate, prevents steam leakage, protects against water hammer, eliminates sanitary dead corners, meets the cleanroom requirements of food and pharmaceutical industries, and offers stable operation and easy maintenance. The sanitary thermodynamic quick-install square steam trap is driven by the pressure and velocity difference between steam and condensate: when condensate enters, it pushes the valve disc to open and drain; when steam enters, the valve disc automatically closes to prevent steam from entering. This valve is automatic, requiring no manual, pneumatic, or electric drive. It has a simple structure, requires no external power, operates stably and reliably, and is suitable for sanitary steam systems in food and pharmaceutical industries.
