It features standard sanitary tri‑clamp ports at both ends, with multiple stainless steel tie rods evenly locking the upper and lower covers. The internal bore is full‑bore with no flow restriction and no dead corners for material accumulation. Both internal and external surfaces are mirror‑polished and passivation‑treated, capable of withstanding 135℃ high‑temperature CIP/SIP in‑place cleaning and sterilization, and complying with GMP, 3A, and FDA food and pharmaceutical industry standards. The device is installed in‑line in clean conveying pipelines.
