The Stainless Steel SS304 steam trap mainly consists of a triangular valve body, a thermostatic temperature-sensing element, a valve seat, seals, quick-connect fittings, and drain accessories. It is typically connected to sanitary steam pipelines using quick-connect clamps or welding, ensuring a leak-free and seamless installation that meets the cleanliness and sterilization requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries. During operation, the temperature-sensing element expands or contracts with changes in the medium temperature, driving the valve core to open and close: when condensate enters, the element contracts to open the valve port for drainage; when steam enters, the element expands to close the valve port to block steam. Temperature control is automatic throughout the entire process, and automatic operation is supported only.
