Stainless Steel Spring Loaded Vacuum Cryogenic Relief Safety Valve is a specialized Relief Valve low-temperature protection valve designed Spring Loaded Valve for extreme cryogenic and vacuum operating environments. It is typically installed on thetop of cryogenic storage tanks, LNG transfer pipelines, liquid nitrogen systems, or insulated vacuum vessels, particularly at pressure control or vapor space sections. In this position, it functions to automatically release excessive internal pressure caused by liquid gas vaporization and simultaneously protect against vacuum collapse under rapid cooling conditions, ensuring structural integrity and operational safety. Available types include pressure-only cryogenic type, vacuum-only type, combined pressure-vacuum type, flanged industrial type, and extended bonnet low-temperature models, engineered for stable performance in ultra-low temperature applications.
Compared with ordinary safety valves, Stainless Steel Spring Loaded Vacuum Cryogenic Relief Safety Valve is specifically engineered for ultra-low temperature and vacuum environments, while conventional safety valves are mainly designed for normal temperature and positive pressure systems. Our valve featuresextended bonnet cryogenic structure, low-temperature resistant sealing materials, precision spring compensation, and dual pressure-vacuum protection capability, ensuring stable operation under extreme thermal contraction conditions. Compared with other manufacturers, we provide superior stainless steel grade selection, enhanced anti-freezing design, stricter low-temperature performance testing, and longer service reliability, deliveringmore accurate pressure control, improved vacuum stability, and enhanced structural protection in LNG, liquid nitrogen, and cryogenic storage systems.
