The equipment is made of 304/316L sanitary stainless steel and integrates a high-speed electric drive system, a high-precision rotor-stator grinding assembly, and sanitary quick-clamp connections. It can perform ultra-fine grinding, homogenization, emulsification, dispersion, and mixing of materials.
Based on the structural configuration, two main types are available:
Vertical colloid mill: The motor and grinding chamber are arranged vertically as an integral unit. It has a small footprint and a compact structure, suitable for workshops with limited space, especially for small to medium-sized production lines or stand-alone operations.small food colloid mill

Vertical vs. split type:
Vertical colloid mill: Small footprint, compact structure, suitable for space-constrained workshops; easy installation, flexible for stand-alone operation. However, under continuous high-load operation, motor heat dissipation is slightly inferior to the split type.
Split colloid mill: The motor and grinding chamber are separated, providing excellent heat dissipation, low temperature rise, and long-term continuous stable operation. Working Principle
The stainless steel sanitary electric quick-clamp colloid mill mainly consists of a motor drive system, rotor-stator grinding assembly, feed hopper, grinding chamber, discharge system, and sanitary quick-clamp connections.
During operation:
The motor drives the rotor at high speed.
Material enters the grinding area through the upper feed hopper or inlet.
High-speed shearing, friction, impact, and high-frequency vibration occur between the rotor and stator.
The material is rapidly crushed, emulsified, and homogenized.
After passing through multiple stages of grinding teeth, a uniform and fine fluid is formed.
The finished product is continuously discharged through the outlet.
Structural differences:
Vertical type: Material flows vertically downward, assisted by gravity, providing smooth flow and a small footprint.
Split type:The motor and grinding chamber are arranged horizontally and connected by a coupling, offering good heat dissipation and suitability for high-power, long-duration operation.
