Working principle: The PLC/DCS sends a 4–20 mA standard control signal through the threaded electrical port to the main control chip. The chip compares the actual valve opening data collected by the valve position feedback linkage, calculates using an intelligent algorithm, and then drives the internal pneumatic valve unit to precisely adjust the output air pressure. Compressed air enters the actuator chamber through the threaded air supply port, pushing the actuator to move linearly, which drives the valve core tochange the valve opening, correcting the opening deviation in real time, achieving closed‑loop precise positioning. The built‑in self‑diagnosis function automatically locks the air supply or issues a fault alarm under abnormal conditions. The threaded ports allow easy disconnection for off‑line calibration and debugging.
After being assembled with a linear stroke pneumatic valve, the product enables automatic precise control of valve opening, improving the stability of pipeline flow control.
