The valve body can be sterilely welded to clean pipelines, ensuring a seamless, stepless connection with a short, straight flow path free of cleaning dead zones, and is suitable for installation at any angle in horizontal or vertical pipelines. During operation, with the handle in the closed position, the valve core and valve seat sealing surfaces achieve a zero-gap, full-fit seal through food-grade seals, completely isolating the media within the pipeline from the external environment and preventing bacterial intrusion and media leakage. Moving the handle to the open position causes the valve stem to smoothly move the valve core, allowing the built-in straight flow path to fully connect with the pipeline cavity and sampling outlet.
