Stainless Steel Sanitary mech Equal Tee Stainless Steel Grooved coupling fitting are hygienic pipeline connectors made of 304/316L stainless steel with mirror‑polished inner surfaces and grooved ends. They achieve quick‑connect/disconnect connections via grooves + food‑grade seals + clamps. They are mainly used in clean fluid conveying pipelines in industries such as food & beverage, biopharmaceuticals, dairy, beer brewing, purified water, daily chemicals, and fine chemicals.Equal Tee Stainless Steel Grooved Fitting
Based on pipeline function requirements, two main types are available:
Equal Tee:Used for pipeline branch points to achieve diversion and confluence of fluids of the same diameter. It has an integrally formed equal tee structure with three ports of the same diameter, providing symmetrical and balanced flow distribution.
45° Elbow: Used to change the fluid conveying direction, achieving a 45° turn in the piping system while maintaining stability and cleanliness during media transport. It features a 45° flow guide structure with low flow resistance and smooth turning.
Both types support CIP online cleaning and SIP online sterilization, and are widely used in various high‑cleanliness fluid conveying pipeline systems. They are core fittings that combine cleanliness with easy disassembly and maintenance in sanitary fluid piping systems.
Compared with ordinary threaded or welded fittings: This series of fittings, with its grooved quick‑connect structure, combines the advantages of a mirror‑polished hygienic inner wall and rapid disassembly/maintenance, with no welding dead legs, making it suitable for clean fluid conveying applications. Our products, relying on high‑precision grooving processes, strict roundness and coaxiality control, and matching food‑grade seals, are more stable in sealing consistency, installation adaptability, corrosion resistance, and long‑term leak prevention than ordinary industry products. They also support customization according to 3A/ISO sanitary standards.
Compared with traditional welded elbows/tees:No on‑site welding is required; installation is faster, maintenance is easier, and construction costs are reduced. There is no weld oxide contamination of the media, and no subsequent pickling and passivation are needed.mech grooved fitting
Compared with ordinary industrial fittings:They use a hygienic mirror polishing process, meet food and pharmaceutical industry standards, and support CIP/SIP online cleaning and sterilization. The smooth inner surface has no dead legs, preventing material adhesion and scaling.
Compared with threaded fittings: They offer more stable sealing performance, higher connection strength, no thread dead legs, no media residue, and are suitable for higher‑cleanliness production environments.
Equal Tee:The stainless steel sanitary grooved equal tee consists of an integrally formed stainless steel tee body and is used together with food‑grade seals and grooved clamps. It connects to grooved stainless steel pipes of the same specification by placing the seal over the pipe end and then tightening the clamp around the grooves of both the tee and the pipe to form a sealed connection. After connection, a smooth, dead‑leg‑free clean pipeline is formed, allowing fluid diversion and confluence of the same diameter. During operation, fluid enters from any port and is evenly distributed to the other ports through the internal flow path, completing the transfer.
45° Elbow:The stainless steel sanitary grooved 45° elbow mainly consists of the elbow body, grooved ends, sealing contact area, and polished flow path. During installation, the pipe is connected to the elbow via the grooved connection, and the clamp compresses the seal to form a reliable seal. Fluid enters the internal flow path of the elbow and smoothly turns along the 45° guide structure, achieving direction change and continuous conveying. The entire conveying process has low flow resistance, stable operation, and reliable sealing.
Both types can be supplied with 304/316L material, mirror/standard polished surfaces, different pressure ratings, and matching seal materials. They support horizontal and vertical installation at various angles.

Digital advantages
Standardized Manufacturing & Digital Selection: Product dimensions, groove specifications, polishing grades, material batch numbers, and other information are uniformly stored in a database. Models can be quickly retrieved, supporting digital selection and drawing integration. 3D models in STEP, IGES and other formats are available for direct import into BIM and piping design software, enabling virtual assembly and interference checking during the digital design phase.
Full‑Process Quality Traceability: From raw material spectrum inspection, CNC grooving, to polishing quality control, data from each process step is fully recorded. Scanning a QR code provides traceability information, meeting compliance requirements of the food/pharmaceutical industries. Specifications, batch numbers, and inventory quantities are updated in real time, supporting online stock checking and intelligent order matching, with visual synchronization of order and inventory data.
Online Access to Key Parameters:Key parameters such as pressure rating, temperature range, and corrosion resistance are available online. Customers can quickly filter suitable models through a digital platform, reducing selection errors.
