Working Principle
TheStainless Steel Micro-pore Microporous Multi-cartridge High Precision Sterile Micron Filter consists of six main modules: quick-connect cylinder, clamp locking, inlet and outlet quick-connect interfaces, microporous pleated filter element, filter element socket, sealing components, and support feet/lifting rings. During operation, the fluid to be filtered enters the cylinder through the side/top inlet and, under pressure, passes evenly through the multi-layered pleated microporous filter element. Through a triple action of deep interception, surface sieving, and adsorption capture, particles, impurities, colloids, and microorganisms in the fluid are removed. The clean fluid flows out from the bottom inlet, while contaminants are trapped on the surface and inside of the filter element. For maintenance during shutdown, the quick-release clamps can be released with a single button, the top end cap can be quickly opened, and the filter element can be directly removed for replacement or cleaning. The entire flow path is smooth and straight, enabling CIP/SIP online cleaning and sterilization, with no dead corners, no residue, and a completely sealed and sterile process.
