Sealing: Standard PTFE gaskets provide excellent corrosion resistance, low friction coefficient, and broad temperature adaptability for long-term reliable sealing; optional Viton (FPM) O-rings are available for applications involving high temperatures, oils, or aggressive chemical media
Surface Finish: Bright annealed or electro-polished finish for improved hygiene and corrosion resistance

The stainless steel Dome End Capis manufactured using thickened 304/316L stainless steel plates through CNC integrated spinning forming technology. The entire inner and outer surfaces undergo electrolytic mirror polishing treatment. The product adopts a standard 2:1 elliptical curved structure combined with an extended straight-edge welding section, featuring no splice welds, no concave-convex dead corners, and no material retention areas.
The stainless steel fitting end cap strictly complies with ISO2852, 3A, and DIN sanitary equipment standards. It can withstand 121°C high-temperature SIP (Steam-In-Place) sterilization and acid/alkali CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning processes. The smooth curved surface transition eliminates material retention gaps and meets GMP and FDA food-contact safety requirements.
It is mainly welded and assembled at both ends of fermentation tanks, mixing reaction tanks, storage tanks, and heat exchangers. As a pressure-sealing component at the tank end, the stainless steel thread cap provides three core functions: pressure-bearing safety, hygienic easy cleaning, and complete medium drainage. It is a standard end component for sterile pressure vessels used in food, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and daily chemical industries.
