TheStainless Steel material lobe pump is not a valve, but a sanitary transfer pump. It is typically installed in the inlet, transfer, or outlet sections of pipelines for low-shear, stable conveying of high-viscosity materials and materials containing particles, such as sauces, slurries, and pharmaceutical liquids. It is available in quick-connect and sanitary flange types, and seals can be food-grade EPDM, PTFE, or single/double-end mechanical seals. Driven by either a standard motor or a variable frequency explosion-proof type. The entire unit is made of 316L stainless steel, conforming to FDA and GMP standards, and is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries to ensure material integrity, stable conveying, and meet aseptic and clean production requirements.
TheStainless Steel Sanitary impeller pump is not a valve, but a sanitary positive displacement pump used for material conveying, and its function is completely different from that of ordinary valves. Ordinary valves only handle pipeline opening and closing, throttling, and pressure stabilization, without any conveying power. This pump, made of 316L stainless steel, has a smooth, dead-angle-free surface, meets FDA and GMP standards, and can gently convey high-viscosity and particulate-containing materials. Ordinary valves have no conveying capacity, a simple structure, and do not meet sanitary production requirements.
Working Principle
TheStainless Steel briquet lobe pump relies on two synchronously rotating counter-rotating cam rotors to form a sealed cavity. During rotation, it continuously draws in and discharges materials, classifying it as a positive displacement pump. The entire unit is made of 316L sanitary-grade stainless steel, with smooth internal flow channels and no dead angles. The conveying process features low shear and no turbulence, preserving the material structure and allowing for stable conveying of high-viscosity and particulate-containing media. It meets FDA and GMP sanitary requirements and is suitable for clean environments such as food and pharmaceutical industries.
