Stainless Steel hydraulic high pressure quick connect brass hose fitting made of 304/316L stainless steel with high‑precision internal polishing (Ra≤0.8μm) and comply with 3A/EHEDG and other hygienic standards. They are mainly used in clean applications such as food & beverage, biopharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, and water treatment, installed at the connection between hoses and equipment/pipelines to achieve aseptic, dead‑leg‑free rapid assembly/disassembly and sealed connections, facilitating CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization.

Based on the connection method and function, three main types are available:

  • Quick‑clamp (Tri‑Clamp):Uses a clamp (Tri‑Clamp) to lock the ferrule, achieving quick connection without tools. It is the most widely used sanitary hose fitting, suitable for various clean pipelines, tanks, valves, and pumps.

  • Hex union nut type:Integrates a hex union nut that compresses the seal gasket by tightening. It is easy to tighten, provides convenient alignment, allows fine adjustment of the installation angle, and is suitable for confined spaces and frequent disassembly.hydraulic hose fitting

  • External thread reducing type: Combines an external thread connection, diameter reduction, and hose connection. One end has an external thread for connecting to pipelines/equipment, and the other end accepts a hose, enabling flexible diameter transition between different line sizes.high pressure hose fitting

Compared with ordinary fittings:

  • Ordinary fittings are often made of carbon steel or low‑grade stainless steel, have rough inner surfaces and hygienic dead legs, and cannot meet CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization requirements. Our series uses food‑grade 304/316L stainless steel, mirror‑polished with no dead legs, reliable sealing, and easy disassembly, fully complying with FDA, GMP, and 3A hygienic standards.

  • Our products use strict material selection, smooth weld seams, high dimensional accuracy (±0.02mm), resistance to high/low temperatures and acid/alkali corrosion, solid and durable workmanship, and support custom specifications for various operating conditions.

Comparison of the three types for different scenarios:

  • Quick‑clamp type: Fastest disassembly, no tools required, ideal for clean pipelines that need frequent cleaning and hose changes, especially for modular equipment connections.

  • Hex union nut type: The hex nut provides uniform force, allows fine adjustment of the installation angle, is suitable for confined spaces or where alignment is difficult, and is also easy to disassemble.

  • External thread reducing type:The only type that provides diameter reduction, can directly connect pipelines and hoses of different diameters, suitable for old‑to‑new pipeline retrofitting or connecting equipment with different port sizes.

Quick‑clamp type: Mainly consists of a quick‑clamp ferrule, fitting body, seal gasket, and clamp. The gasket is placed between the two ferrules, the pipeline and fitting ferrules are aligned, and the clamp is tightened to lock and seal. Depressurising and loosening the clamp allows quick disassembly. The clamp provides fast connection, tight sealing, no hygienic dead legs, easy cleaning/sterilization, and also helps dampen vibration and compensate for displacement.

Hex union nut type: Mainly consists of a hex union nut, fitting body, and hygienic seal gasket. Align the fitting with the pipeline interface, insert the gasket, and tighten the hex nut to compress the seal. To disassemble, simply loosen the nut. The hex structure provides even force, easy tightening, anti‑slip, and allows fine adjustment of the installation angle, solving alignment difficulties on‑site.

External thread reducing type:Mainly consists of the fitting body, external threaded section, reducing transition chamber, and hose insertion end. Insert the gasket into the threaded end, screw the threaded end tightly onto the pipeline/equipment, and clamp the hose onto the other end. The threaded engagement together with the gasket provides sealing, and the smooth reducing transition allows connection between different diameter pipelines.
