It features a dual‑air‑source fork transmission structure, with a lightweight integrally formed aluminum alloy body and external stroke limit adjustment assemblies. It is suitable for sanitary butterfly valves, ball valves, diaphragm valves, and angle seat valves. Two independent air sources alternately supply air to achieve 90° reciprocating opening and closing of the valve. Upon air supply interruption, the valve maintains its current position without spring return fatigue loss. Compared with single‑acting spring return actuators:
The double‑acting design has no internal spring, so there is no risk of spring fatigue or fracture under long‑term high‑frequency operation, resulting in a longer service life. It provides stable and uniform output torque with higher torque for the same volume. Upon air loss, it maintains the valve position, keeping the pipeline open or closed without forced opening or closing. This is suitable for continuous production processes where sudden media cut‑off is not allowed.

TheStainless Steel Horizontal Mastering Pneumatic electric Valve Actuator has two independent air supply ports for opening and closing. Compressed air alternately drives the internal fork swing arm to rotate reciprocally, turning the output shaft through 90° to open or close the valve. External stroke limit screws on both sides of the body allow fine adjustment of the valve stop angle, precisely controlling the disc or plug position. It can be paired with a pneumatic valve control head to collect valve position signals and upload them to the central control system for real‑time monitoring. Upon air loss, there is no spring return, so the valve remains at its current working position, ensuring production continuity.
