 Working Principle
TheStainless Steel High Speed Dairy Cream Vacuum Inline Shear Homogenizer mainly consists of a stainless steel frame, a three-plunger high-pressure pump, a homogenization valve assembly, a pressure gauge, an adjustment mechanism, and a control system. The motor drives the three-plunger high-pressure pump to pressurize the material to the set pressure and then deliver it to the homogenization valve assembly. Under high pressure, the material passes through the narrow slit of the homogenization valve, undergoing intense shearing, impact, and cavitation effects, achieving particle breakage, emulsification, and dispersion, ultimately forming a homogenized material with uniform particle size and a stable system.
The equipment monitors the working pressure in real time through the pressure gauge. The adjustment mechanism can adjust the homogenization pressure according to process requirements, adapting to the fineness requirements of different materials.
