Stainless Steel Elbow Tube Forged Press Fit Dairy Butt-Weld Plumbing pipe fitting
Stainless Steel Elbow Tube Forged Press Fit Dairy Butt-Weld Plumbing pipe fitting are key pipeline connection components widely used in petrochemical, power, natural gas, environmental protection, water treatment, papermaking, metallurgy, and industrial fluid transportation systems. This series mainly includes stainless steel industrial-grade equal-diameter tees, stainless steel welded 45-degree elbows, and stainless steel welded crosses, which respectively undertake core functions such as pipeline branching and convergence, smooth turning, and four-way media convergence, serving as fundamental components for building efficient, stable, and safe industrial pipeline networks.dairy pipe fitting
All products are manufactured using high-quality 304, 304L, 316, and 316L stainless steel materials, processed through precision hot pressing or forging integral forming processes, possessing excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and mechanical strength. The welded connection method ensures that the fitting forms a continuous rigid structure after welding to the pipeline, eliminating the need for gaskets and threaded gaps, completely eliminating the risk of leakage, and is particularly suitable for long-term continuous operation conditions with high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive media.Butt-Weld Industrial Fitting
Equal-diameter tees use the same diameter for both main and branch pipes, effectively reducing fluid disturbance and pressure loss. 45-degree elbows employ a long-radius (1.5D) smooth arc structure, achieving smooth pipeline turning and significantly reducing fluid resistance and pipeline vibration. Four-way tees utilize a cross-shaped symmetrical integrated molding structure, enabling simultaneous diversion, convergence, and pressure balance of four media streams. These three components together constitute indispensable turning, connecting, and distribution nodes in industrial pipeline networks.

Product Comparison
Compared to ordinary carbon steel pipe fittings:
Stainless steel industrial welded pipe fittings have better corrosion resistance, require less frequent anti-corrosion maintenance, have a significantly longer service life, and lower overall maintenance costs.
Compared to cast pipe fittings: Made from high-quality stainless steel seamless tube blanks through hot pressing/forging, they have a denser microstructure, are free of porosity and cracks, have higher wall thickness uniformity, and offer more stable and reliable pressure-bearing performance.
Compared to threaded or flanged pipe fittings: Butt-welded connections eliminate the risk of gasket aging and the potential for leakage from threaded gaps, significantly improving pressure resistance and high-temperature resistance, making them more suitable for high-pressure, high-temperature, and highly corrosive environments. After welding, a rigid, integrated pipeline is formed, offering high connection strength, reliable sealing, and lifetime maintenance-free operation.
Compared to similar products from competitors: Our pipe fittings strictly adhere to international industrial standards such as GB/T12459, ASME B16.9, and SH3408, ensuring small dimensional tolerances and strong interchangeability; the inner wall undergoes CNC precision finishing, resulting in smooth, eddy-free arc transitions; the welding bevel is precision machined, ensuring standard angles and high butt joint accuracy, significantly improving the welding qualification rate, perfectly matching the high-requirement industrial pipeline networks of petroleum, chemical, and power industries.

Working Principle
Stainless Steel Elbow Tube Forged Press Fit Dairy Butt-Weld Plumbing pipe fittingare high-pressure industrial pipeline connection elements, mainly composed of a 304/316L stainless steel body, butt-welded connection ports, and standard welding bevels. The pipe fittings feature a one-piece molded structure, eliminating media stagnation points and stress concentration areas, making them suitable for long-term stable operation with high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive fluids.
The working principle of the equal-diameter tee: The medium enters the tee from the main pipeline, where it is diverted or merged according to process requirements. The medium is then transported to the designated work station through branch pipes. The smooth internal flow channel ensures stable flow guidance, effectively reducing turbulence and pressure loss, achieving stable and efficient fluid transportation.
The working principle of the 45-degree elbow: The bevels at both ends of the elbow are precisely butt-welded to the corresponding pipes. After the weld seam passes inspection, a rigid integral structure is formed. When the medium flows through the elbow, it smoothly changes direction along the 45-degree arc-shaped flow channel, significantly reducing local resistance and eddy current losses. The one-piece molded structure evenly distributes pipeline stress, improving the pipeline network's pressure resistance, seismic resistance, and fatigue resistance.
The working principle of a four-way valve: The four ports of the four-way valve are welded to their corresponding pipes to form a rigid whole. After the medium enters the main pipe, it can be evenly distributed to the three branch pipes, or the medium from the three branch pipes can merge back into the main pipe, completing the functions of diversion, merging, and reversal. The cross-shaped arc transition channel reduces flow resistance and local eddies, and the integrated structure ensures long-term stable and leak-free operation.
After connecting the pipes, the three valves work together to achieve reversal, diversion, merging, and pressure balance in industrial fluid transportation systems. It is widely used in high-pressure industrial fluid pipelines in petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, shipbuilding, and water treatment industries.
