Sanitary union is a blind sealing pipe fitting with a hexagonal nut for easy locking. It is mainly used in sanitary and industrial pipelines, installed at pipe ends or unused branch ports to achieve reliable dead-end sealing and prevent medium leakage. Its core function is to close pipeline ports tightly while facilitating quick disassembly for maintenance. Common types include sanitary-grade Blank Hex Nut Union (complying with 3A/DIN standards) and industrial-grade Blank Hex Nut Union, suitable for food, pharma, chemical and fluid pipeline systems.
 
Blank Hex Nut Union is a blind sealing fitting for pipe ends, while ordinary unions are only for pipe connection. It integrates sealing and locking, unlike standard unions. Our products adoptintegral forgingandmirror polishing, with higher precision and durability. We use food-grade PTFE/Viton seals and strictly follow 3A/DIN standards.
