The valve is driven by an intelligent pneumatic actuator equipped with a smart positioner for precise adjustment, position feedback, and remote control, fully meeting the stringent requirements of CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization. Two connection versions are available:

  • Clamp type: sanitary quick-connect clamp connections for fast disassembly and maintenance, suitable for high-cleanliness workshops requiring frequent cleaning and product changeover.

  • Weld type:sanitary welded connections with reliable, dead-leg-free sealing and an integrated leak detection chamber for real-time monitoring. Ideal for aseptic pipelines that require long-term service without frequent disassembly.

Thestainless Steel DN80 Sanitary Aseptic Mixproof Valve consists of a 4‑way valve body, dual valve core and seat assemblies, intelligent pneumatic actuator, smart positioner, seals, and clamp ends / weld ends. The core structure comprises two independent upper and lower valve cores and seats, with four ports arranged in a cross pattern, enabling independent conveying and isolation of two fluid streams. The clamp version connects pipelines via clamps; the weld version is permanently welded. Both form a dead‑leg‑free, leak‑free clean fluid path.

Working principle:The smart positioner receives a control signal (e.g., 4‑20 mA) and drives the pneumatic actuator to move both valve cores simultaneously in a linear stroke. By precisely controlling the valve core position, the valve independently controls the on/off of the two flow paths, achieving:

  • “A path open, B path closed”

  • “B path open, A path closed”

  • Independent conveying or switching of two fluid streams

Fully closed position: both valve cores press tightly against their seats, forming a double seal that completely isolates the two fluid paths, eliminating cross‑contamination and leakage. The weld type also includes a leak detection chamber between the two seats, which provides real‑time leakage monitoring and an alarm in case of any leak, achieving zero‑leakage control.

The intelligent actuator provides position feedback, precise positioning, and fault protection. It uploads real‑time valve status, supports remote operation and process interlocking, greatly improving production efficiency and compliance.
