TheStainless Steel 3 Piece Quick vacuum high pressure ball valve is a shut-off control valve designed for high-purity pipeline systems. The valve body consists of two end connectors and a central body joined by bolts, and the ball rotates 90° to deliver fast on-off and flow control. The valve is available in welded, threaded, and clamp (tri-clamp) end connections, with PTFE, EPDM and other optional seat materials, as well as manual, pneumatic, or electric actuation. Widely used in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries, it safeguards media hygiene and process stability.
Compared with two-piece ball valves, the three-piece body can be disassembled so that the ball and seat seals can be replaced in-line without cutting the pipeline, dramatically improving maintenance efficiency. Compared with standard industrial ball valves, its fully polished inner cavity leaves no dead legs, meeting sanitary and aseptic process requirements. We manufacture with 316L low-carbon stainless steel and precision CNC machining to DIN, SMS, and ISO export standards, and support non-standard customization — a source factory with reliable quality control and on-time delivery that overseas customers trust for long-term cooperation.
The stainless steel sanitary three-piece ball valve mainly comprises two end bodies, a central body, a ball, a stem, seat seals, packing components, and a handle (or actuator). It connects to the pipeline through welded, threaded, or clamp ends; once installed, it forms a smooth, continuous sanitary flow passage with the piping, achieving a dead-leg-free, fully drainable, cross-contamination-proof performance.
Operating steps: turn the handle through 90°, and the stem rotates the ball with it. When the ball bore aligns with the pipeline axis, the valve is fully open and the media flow freely; when rotated a quarter turn, the ball presses tightly against the seat seals and the flow is completely shut off with zero leakage.

1. Three-Piece Modular Structure
F: The body consists of two end connectors and a central body bolted together for quick disassembly, with the ball and seat seals replaceable individually.
A: Internal maintenance and seal replacement can be carried out without cutting the pipeline, greatly reducing repair costs and downtime.
B: Easier line maintenance, highly interchangeable spare parts, and significantly lower lifetime cost of ownership.
2. Mirror-Polished Inner Cavity
F: The flow passage is precision-polished to Ra≤0.8μm, with a mirror or matte exterior finish and smooth transitions free of dead legs.
A: No media retention or product build-up, more thorough cleaning and sterilization, and markedly stronger resistance to cross-contamination.
B: Fully meets CIP/SIP (clean-in-place / sterilize-in-place) requirements, helping customers pass FDA and 3A hygienic audits.
3. 316L Low-Carbon Medical-Grade Material
F: Bodies are made of CF3M (316L) low-carbon stainless steel through precision casting or forging, with a 304 economical version also available.
A: Outstanding resistance to intergranular corrosion, acids, and alkalis, remaining stable even in chloride-bearing environments.
B: Longer valve service life and fewer replacements, ensuring production continuity and product purity.
4. Multiple Seals for Zero Leakage
F: A resilient PTFE seat combined with double stem packing, with the ball compressed tightly against the seat for sealing.
A: Achieves a zero-leakage sealing class, suitable for both positive-pressure and vacuum services, with extended seal life.
B: Eliminates drips and leaks, reduces media loss, and protects valuable products from waste and environmental risk.
5. Full-Range Connection Standards
F: Welded, threaded, and clamp connection types covering DIN, SMS, ISO, IDF, 3A, and RJT — all major international sanitary standards.
A: Seamless compatibility with sanitary piping systems worldwide, with excellent interchangeability.
B: No adaptation barriers for global sourcing, simplified inventory management, and greater engineering flexibility.
6. Automation-Ready Actuation
F: A standard ISO 5211 actuator mounting interface allows quick fitting of pneumatic or electric actuators.
A: Enables remote control, process interlocking, and flow regulation for easy integration into automated production lines.
B: Fully ready for smart-factory upgrades, reducing manual intervention while raising efficiency and safety.
