TheStainless Steel 2"Electric Pressure Automatic Modulating Globe Control Regulating Valve mainly consists of five modules: an integrally forged quick-install valve body, a manual adjustment mechanism with scale and locking, a linear fine-tuning valve core assembly, a quick-install dedicated aseptic sealing system, and standard quick-install connection ends.
During operation, rotating the handwheel with a precise scale drives the stem to move linearly with high precision, which in turn drives the valve core to adjust the flow cross-sectional area, achieving infinitely variable manual precise flow regulation from micro-flow to rated flow. After adjustment, the locking mechanism secures the valve position, preventing flow drift.
In the closed position, the valve core and seat come into zero-gap mirror contact, achieving fully closed aseptic sealing. The entire flow path has smooth arc transitions without dirt-trapping gaps. CIP/SIP online sterilization can be performed without disassembly, or the valve can be quickly disassembled for offline cleaning, fully meeting GMP and ASME BPE compliance requirements.
