The Stainless Steel  1.5"Sight Level Valve is a sanitary valve integrating level observation and aseptic sampling functions. Installed on the side wall of tanks such as storage tanks and reaction vessels, it is used for real-time display of the liquid level and online aseptic sampling detection. Types are available in quick-connect clamp, welded, and threaded connections; sealing rings can be made of food-grade materials such as PTFE and silicone; actuation is primarily manual with a handwheel, but pneumatic versions are also available. This Tri-Clamp level gauge valve is widely used in the food and beverage, biopharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries to meet the needs of level monitoring and aseptic sampling in high-cleanliness environments, ensuring compliance in production processes and product quality.
The core difference between Stainless Steel  Tank Level Sight Glass Valve and ordinary valve assembly lies in the following: the former is designed specifically for the clean industry, integrating level display and aseptic sampling, and adopts a quick-assembly, mirror-polished structure with no sanitary dead corners, enabling online non-destructive sampling; ordinary valve assembly only meets the on/off control function, lacks level observation function, has a rough structure, is easy to accumulate dirt, cannot meet aseptic requirements, and does not have convenient quick disassembly or sanitary compatibility.
 
This valve assembly integrates liquid level monitoring and aseptic sampling functions through a T-shaped valve body:after being installed on the side wall of the tank, rotating the top handwheel opens the valve passage, allowing the liquid inside the tank to flow into the level gauge under the principle of communicating vessels, displaying the liquid level height in real time; when sampling is required, the valve passage remains open, and the medium is extracted through the aseptic sampling port on the side, without interrupting production; closing the handwheel isolates the level gauge for easy maintenance and replacement. Its sanitary structure and quick-installation design ensure simultaneous liquid level monitoring and aseptic sampling under clean operating conditions.
