Many purchasing and installation personnel have encountered this problem: carefully selected sanitary pipe fittings, with materials and specifications meeting requirements, still frequently leak after installation—not only affecting production progress and causing material waste, but also potentially polluting the production environment due to leaks, failing to pass authoritative certifications such as GMP and FDA, and even causing safety hazards.
    In fact, leaks in sanitary pipe fittings are mostly not due to the quality of the fittings themselves, but rather to neglecting several key installation details. The recommended test pressure is 1.5 times the normal operating pressure to ensure stable pressure. ② During the pressure test, observe the pipe fitting interfaces, welds, and seals for leaks, sweating, etc. Maintain the test pressure for 30-60 minutes; release the pressure only after no abnormalities are observed. ③ After passing the test, rinse the pipes and fittings with sterile water to remove any residual impurities and sealant from the installation process before putting them into use.
