The blanks of pipe fitting blank are made from forging raw steel. The raw steel is selected without any mistake in Nickel and other chemical component. Then moulded by hydraulic press, shaping, correcting and reshaping. For union, ferrule, end cap.. we use first class LG ZAMAK CNC to machining. Therefor our CNC parts are exactly correct size without any human error. For elbow, tee, reducers... After products are finished, we recheck the roundness, thickness uniformity, Ra value, sand hole, surface uniformity. So after these inspection, the fittings are of excellent quality.
